Sekretariatet noterer, at lovforslagetændrer fordelingen af kraftvarmefordelen for så vidt angår afgiftberegningerne, hvilket efter forslaget vil giveen afgiftsforøgelse på 125-140 mio. kr. Effekten af afgiftsændringen vil være større varmeomkostninger forkraftvarmeværkerne på 125-140 mio. kr., hvilket vil medføre en højere varmepris for de forbrugere, som fårleveret varme baseret på afgiftsbelagte brændsler.Sekretariatet kan ikke af det fremsendte materiale se, at der er varmeproduktion, der er undtaget ændringen.Sekretariatet ønsker derfor blot at henlede opmærksomheden på, at hvis afgiftsændringen omfatter alvarmeproduktion, vil varmeprisen også i de områder, hvor varmeprisen i forvejen er markant højere end dengennemsnitlige varmepris (f.eks. nogle af barmarksværkerne), stige som følge heraf ."Vi skal beklage den sene besvarelse.
