The Danish government welcomes this opportunity to comment on theCommission’s proposal on extending the regulation on a block exemptionto liner shipping consortia from the prohibition in article 101 (1), subject tocertain conditions.The Danish government supports the general prohibition in article 101 (1)but understands that it can be important to grant block exemptions in cer-tain sectors, and therefore we support the extension of regulation (EC) no.906/2009.
