The Riksdag has put in place an online registration tool for all meetings to take place during the

Swedish Presidency.

Participants are requested to register via the form by 14 February at the latest.

Registration will take place at the Riksdag on 2 March from 12.30. Later arrivals will be able to

For security reasons, all participants are requested to wear their identity badges and to keep them

visible at all times during the conference and dinner. Loss of identity badges must be reported

immediately to the conference staff.

Please note that only accredited participants will have access to the Riksdag. All personal details

which are provided as part of the accreditation process will be processed in accordance with the

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

distance of the Riksdag where all meetings will take place.

Guests may amend or cancel their booking up until 18.00 on the day of their arrival. For amendments

or cancellations after 18.00 on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel retains the

Arlanda Airport

Arlanda Airport is located about 40 km from Stockholm City Centre.

Approximate travel times from Arlanda to Stockholm Central Station are 20 minutes on the direct

Bromma Airport is located about 7 km from Stockholm City Centre.

Approximate travel times from Bromma Airport to Stockholm Central Station are 20 minutes by taxi,

25 minutes by airport bus and 40 minutes by public transport.

Transport during the conference

The Riksdag will provide transport to and from the conference hotels At Six and Haymarket by

Scandic, the dinner venue and the Riksdag for all participants. For more information, please see the

programme.

The conference will be simultaneously interpreted in English, French and Swedish. Interpreting for up

to four additional languages can be provided upon request. Member states may request interpreting

into their own language on a first come, first served basis. Member states cover the cost for the

interpreting into their own language, whereas the host country covers the cost for the underlying

technology.

The deadline for requesting additional interpreting is 14 January.

Documents will be distributed on line as far as possible, but some documents will also be available in

No prior registration to ask for the floor. Requests to take the floor are submitted electronically from

your seat in the Chamber.

The dinner on 2 March will be held at the

Vasa Museum

(Galärvarvsvägen

14, Stockholm).

Please note that the indoor temperature of the museum is + 18˚ which is required for the preservation

of the ship. Ponchos will be available for lending.
