Tanácsa
magyar
elnökségének

országgyűlés
szewezésében
Budapesten rendezzük meg
a Kulturális
örökség
és
nemzeti közösségek identitása
című parlamentközi konferenciát.
Az
európai
geopolitikai
helyzet
komoly kihívások
elé
állít
mindannyiunkat, különösen
a
nemzeti
kisebbségeket,
amelyek konfliktusokban
és
feszült
helyzetekben
a
legsérülékenyebbeknek
bizonyulnak.
A
sokszínű
Európa kulturális
örökségét
őrző
kisebbségek
védelme ugyanakkor
jótékony
hatást
gyakorol az európai
társadalmak
biztonságára,
demokratikus
működésére
és
békésfejlődésére.
A konferenciánk éppen
ert
a
gondolatot
kívánja
erősíteni,
lehetőséget
biztosítva
a
kisebbségvédelem
és
kisebbségpolitika területét
érintő
időszerű kérdésekparlamentközi
megvitatására,
különösen
a
jó
példák bemutatására.

kisebbségi
nyelvek
támogatását
és
használatuk
ösztönzését,
beleérLve
a
parlamenti
szférát
is.
Az
európai
kisebbségvédelemben
az EU-nak
is
viszonftási
alapot
jelentő
Európa
Tanács megalakulásának
idei,
75
éves
évfordulója
jó
alkalmat
teremt arra, hogy
az
eseményen
a
nemzetközi
kisebbségvédelmi intézményrendszert
alkotó
szervezetek
A
budapesti
konferencia
társházigazdáiazországgyűlés Magyarországi
Nemzetiségek Bizottsága
és
a Nemzeti
összetartozás Bizottsága lesznek.
A
résztvevők az
Európai
Unió
nemzeti
parlamentjei témában érintett bizottságainak küldöttségei (max.
4fő),továbbá európai
parlamenti képviselők
és egyes
európai
régiók
meghívottjai.

The
Hungarian
NationalAssemblyis
organisingthe InterparliamentaryConference
on
Cultural
Heritage
and the
Identity
of
Traditional National Minorities
in
Budapest
on
4-5 December
zoz4
in
the
framework
of
the
term
of
the
Hungarian Presidency
of
the
Council
of
the
European Union.
The
geopolitical situation
in Europe
poses
serious challenges for all
of
us,
especiallyfor
national minorities,
who
are
the most
vulnerable
in
conflicts
and
sítuations
of
tension.
At
the same
time, protecting minorities, preserving
the
cultural
heritage of
a
diverse
providing
an opportunity
for
an inter-parliamentary
debate
on
topical
issues
in the
field of minority
protection
and minority
policy,
in
particular
by
showcasing best
practices.
This year's
75th
anniversary
of
the
founding
of
the
Council
of
Europe, which
is also
the
EU's
reference
point for the
protection
of
minorities
in
Europe, provides
a
good
opportunity
for
prominent
representatives
of the international
minority
protection
institutions
to
assess
the
various
aspects of
the topic. The conference is closely
linked
to
the Presidency
Conclusions
adopted
at
the Conference
of
Speakers
of
the
European
Union
parliaments
in
Palma de
Mallorca on z3
April,
which
state
that the
Speakers
consider
it
necessary
to
defend
the
cultural
and
linguistic plurality
of the European
Union, understood
as
one of
our main
shared heritages, and
that
minority
languages
be
promoted,
and
their
use
encouraged
in
all
fields
of
life,
including
the
parliamentary
sphere.

of
European

conference
aims
to
reinforce
this
idea
by
